After gathering insights from our initial meeting, we develop detailed design concepts. This includes sketch plans, imagery, and 3D visuals to outline the overall look and feel of your space. We focus on the big picture, including space planning, architectural style, fixed finishes, and the overall lighting and furniture selections.
We refine our initial concepts into detailed designs, producing technical drawings and documents that clearly communicate our design intent. This stage includes creating schematic plans and key elevations to ensure every aspect of the design is well thought out and ready for the next stage.
During the technical design phase, we work closely with your chosen consultants to coordinate the design and deliver a comprehensive package of technical drawings. These include schematic plans and schedules, ensuring that all elements are prepared for a smooth fit-out and tender process.
As your design advisory, we handle the tender phase by addressing queries and reviewing submissions. Once construction begins, we oversee the project, ensuring that the implementation aligns with the design and quality standards we’ve set.
After finalising the design and selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), we manage the procurement and delivery process. We pass on 50% of all trade discounts to you and ensure a smooth installation with a thorough snagging and inspection process to close out the project seamlessly.
